Dear participant,

You are invited to participate in a survey that aims to investigate university students’ and staff preferences for on-campus lunch meals.

The survey will take about 15-20 minutes to complete. By completing the survey, you will be eligible to enter a free prize draw to win a shopping voucher.

 If you would like to find out further information about the survey, please read the Participant Information (below).

 By completing the survey, you understand that:

  • This survey is only open to participants over 18 years old. You confirm that you are aged 18 or over.
  • You agree to take part in this study and understand that your data will be securely stored. If you want to find out more information about the survey, the Participant Information Sheet (below) includes further information and the details of who to contact if you have any further questions.
  • Your participation is voluntary, and you are free to withdraw from the study within 90 days, without giving any reason and without your rights being affected. To learn about how to withdraw from the study, please consult the Participant Information Sheet (below).

  • Your data will be processed for the purposes detailed in the Participant Information Sheet (below) and in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation.

  • At the end of the survey, you will be asked to provide your email address if you want to enter the prize draw and/or stay informed about the results of this research. If you decide to provide your email address, it will be collected using a separate survey form and stored separately from your responses to this survey. We will not be able to link your responses to the survey to your email address thereby ensuring your anonymity. Email addresses of those participants who want to participate in the prize draw will be deleted after the prize draw is completed.

  • At the end of the project, your data will be made available open access to be re-used for non-commercial purposes in a repository. Please note that no personal data that could identify you will be made available.
